Amsterdam — Art School & the Darkroom
Wanting to become a surgeon, life led me to Art school where I discovered film and photography, learned in the dark room and from my Amsterdam Master and Mentor Frans.
Milan — Vogue Studios
Took the leap to Milan, shooting in Vogue studios for Vogue and Vanity.
Antwerp & London — Fashion to Dance
Collaborated with Walter van Beijrendonck of the Antwerp 6, went to London to dive into the world of dance, shot for i-D magazine.
Storytelling — The Leica M6 Years
Left fashion because I wanted to tell stories. Traveled with my Leica M6, shot ad campaigns in Europe, the US and Cape Town.

Coming full circle, landing back in the medical environment. Since 2007, I have been photographing and producing storytelling campaigns for Philips Healthcare with production partners worldwide.
